You have a display problem, an error message like "an error has occured" appears and you are asked to refresh the page ?


Try to empty the cache of your internet browser :


  • For Windows, use the keyboard combination Shift + F5 or Ctrl + F5. 
  • For Linux, use the combination Shift  + Ctrl + R
  • For Mac, use the combinaison  ⌘ + Maj + R. or click on the "Refresh" button while holding down the Shift Key .
