If during the registration, a message tells you « you already have an account », that means that your email is already saved under an account on Filae. An email can’t be use to create an another account.

Here’s what can be done :

1. Check that the email adress entered is the right one and that there are no typo mistake
   
   
2. It’s possible that you already have an account on Filae with that address. Ask to reset your password
   
   
3. Contact support
