How to delete my account ?

If you want to delete your Premium subscription, you don't need to delete your account mostly if you want to keep your tree. To delete your premium acconut, follow the instructions  : How to delete the automatic renewal of my subscription ?

To delete your account 

1. Go to filae.com
   
2. Login if you are not already logged or click on Login.
   
3. Click on the figure icon on the top right of the page
   

1. Select My account
   

1. Click on Settings on the left
   
2. Right below, click on delete the account.
   
3. You need to enter you password.
